  Returns & Cancellation Policy

  At INVOLT, we aim to provide high-quality energy and electrical solutions. Due to the nature of our products, returns and cancellations are subject to strict conditions outlined below.

  Orders may be cancelled before dispatch at no cost.

  Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer guaranteed and may be subject to handling or restocking fees.

  2. Returns Eligibility

  Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The product is unused and not installed
  • The product is in original packaging
  • All accessories and components are included
  • Proof of purchase is provided

  3. Non-Returnable Items

  Important: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed or used lithium batteries
  • Installed power systems or pumps
  • Custom-configured or special-order products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation
  • Products with tampered seals or altered components

  4. Inspection Requirement

  All returned items must be inspected and approved by INVOLT before any refund or exchange is processed.

  Customers are responsible for delivering or shipping the product to INVOLT for inspection unless otherwise agreed.

  5. Refunds

  Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  Refunds may be subject to:

  • Restocking fees (where applicable)
  • Deductions for missing items or damaged packaging

  6. Exchanges

  Exchanges are subject to product availability and inspection approval.

  If a replacement product has a different price, the customer will be required to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.

  7. Shipping Costs

  Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by INVOLT or a verified defective product.

  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and assume risk during transport.

  8. Incorrect Orders

  Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct product is ordered.

  INVOLT will not accept returns for incorrectly selected products that have been used or installed.

  9. Faulty Products

  If a product is defective, it will be handled in accordance with our Warranty Policy.

  This policy does not replace or override warranty coverage.
