Battery Buying Guide

Choose with confidence

The right battery starts with the right fit

Voltage alone is not enough. Confirm the electrical specification, available space, connector and intended workload before ordering.

01

Match the voltage

Use the equipment manufacturer plate or the existing battery configuration to confirm the required nominal system voltage.

02

Choose capacity

Amp-hours influence runtime. Longer routes, heavier loads and multi-shift work generally need more usable capacity.

03

Confirm physical fit

Measure the battery compartment and check mounting points, cable reach, terminal position and safe clearance.

04

Use a matched charger

The charger voltage and lithium charging profile must be approved for the selected battery. Do not assume an older lead-acid charger is suitable.

For golf carts

  • Cart make, model and year
  • Current voltage and battery layout
  • Typical daily distance and terrain
  • Any accessories drawing extra power

For forklifts

  • Forklift make, model and data plate
  • Battery voltage, capacity and compartment dimensions
  • Connector type, counterweight and shift pattern
  • Charging window and operating environment

Not sure what fits?

Send us the equipment model and a clear photo of its data plate. We will help confirm compatibility before you buy.
